The root צעה occurs five times in TaNa”KH:

 HALOT gives three definitions:

1. restricted in a crooked position, fettered. This applies to Isaiah 51:14

2. to spread oneself, lie down (a prostitute) – Jeremiah 2:20

3. to tilt (wine vessels), be a cellarman, or decant – Jer. 48:12 and Is. 63:1

The etymology does not seem entirely clear (to me).
