The phrase י(ו)שבי ביתך appears only twice in תנ”ך:  Once in the well know phrase from תהלים פד:ה, אשרי יושבי ביתך עוד יהללוך סלה, and the other in ירמיה כ:ו when ירמיה curses פשחור:

וְאַתָּה פַשְׁחוּר וְכֹל יֹשְׁבֵי בֵיתֶךָ  תֵּלְכוּ בַּשֶּׁבִי וּבָבֶל תָּבוֹא וְשָׁם תָּמוּת וְשָׁם תִּקָּבֵר אַתָּה וְכָל אֹהֲבֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר נִבֵּאתָ לָהֶם בַּשָּׁקֶר:

 It may or may not be interesting to note that in Psalms, יושבי is spelled מלא, while in ירמיה it is spelled חסר.
