כי כוס ביד יקוק and כי יד על כס יק

Is there a connexion between these verses?

שמות יז:טז
וַיֹּ֗אמֶר כִּֽי־יָד֙ עַל־כֵּ֣ס יָ֔הּ מִלְחָמָ֥ה לַיקֹוָ֖ק בַּֽעֲמָלֵ֑ק מִדֹּ֖ר דֹּֽר:

תהלים עה:ט

זרזיף and זרזיר and אלקום – Hapax Legomena day

These two words are not related, they just sound similar and have similar spellings, and both are hapax legomena.

זרזיף appears in Psalms 72:6

 יֵ֭רֵד כְּמָטָ֣ר עַל־גֵּ֑ז כִּ֝רְבִיבִ֗ים זַרְזִ֥יף אָֽרֶץ:

and according to HALOT means dripping water.  lumina.bible.org has notes:

The form in the Hebrew text appears to be an otherwise unattested noun. Many prefer to emend the form to a verb from the root זָרַף (zaraf).BHS in textual note b on this verse suggests a Hiphil imperfect, third masculine plural יַזְרִיפוּ (yazrifu), while HALOT 283 s.v. *זרף prefers a Pilpel perfect, third masculine plural זִרְזְפוּ (zirzÿfu). The translation assumes the latter.

זרזיר is an animal. The word appears in Proverbs 30:31:

זַרְזִ֣יר מָתְנַ֣יִם אוֹ־תָ֑יִשׁ וּ֝מֶ֗לֶךְ אַלְק֥וּם עִמּֽוֹ:

Again from lumina.bible.org:

The Hebrew term זַרְזִיר (zarzir) means “girt”; it occurs only here with “loins” in the Bible: “that which is girt in the loins” (BDB 267 s.v.). Some have interpreted this to be the “greyhound” because it is narrow in the flanks (J. H. Greenstone, Proverbs, 327); so KJV, ASV. Others have suggested the warhorse, zebra, raven, or starling. Tg. Prov 30:31 has it as the large fighting cock that struts around among the hens. There is no clear referent that is convincing, although most modern English versions use “strutting rooster” or something similar (cf. CEV “proud roosters”).

and:

This last line has inspired many suggestions. The MT has “with his army around him” (אַלְקוּם עִמּוֹ, ’alqum ’immo); so NIV. This has been emended to read “against whom there is no rising up” (so KJV, ASV) or “standing over his people.” The LXX has “a king haranguing his people.” Tg. Prov 30:31 has, “a king who stands up before his people and addresses them.” Some have attempted to identify this with Alcimus, the high priest who aspired to kingship (1 Macc 7:5-22), but such a suggestion is quite remote. Another interpretation sees the word for “God” in the line: “a king with whom God is.” Furthermore, C. H. Toy thinks the text is corrupt and must have at one time referred to some majestic animal (Proverbs [ICC], 537). While all these suggestions are fascinating, they have not improved or corrected the Hebrew text. At least one can say the focus is on the stately appearance of the king at some auspicious moment. The word occurs only here; but if it is interpreted with its Arabic cognate in mind, then it refers to a band of soldiers (BDB 39 s.v. אַלְקוּם).

נהפך לשדי בחרבני קיץ

תהלים לב:ד
כִּ֤י׀ יוֹמָ֣ם וָלַיְלָה֘ תִּכְבַּ֥ד עָלַ֗י יָ֫דֶ֥ךָ נֶהְפַּ֥ךְ לְשַׁדִּ֑י בְּחַרְבֹ֖נֵי קַ֣יִץ סֶֽלָה:

There are two difficult words here, לשדי, and חרבני.

לשד appears in Numbers 11:8, referring to the taste of the מן, as טעם לשד השמן.  This does not make sense in our context.

Kings James translates the verse in Psalms as: For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah

According to Tawil, לשד is cognate to the Akkadian lišdu, cream.

חרבני קיץ probably means the dry heat of summer (HALOT)

רכס

The root רכס appears three times in תנ”ך, apparently each time with a completely different meaning:

In Exodus, it means to fasten; in Isaiah it means a mountain or ridge, or perhaps a fortress (HALOT); and in Psalms it is uncertain, meaning perhaps a mob, slander, conspiracy, upheavals.

It is difficult to see any connections between them, and HALOT lists them as three separate entries.

זלעפות

The word זלעפות appears three times in תנ”ך, but it is related, according to HALOT, to the more common זעף, which usually means anger or rage, but in some instances means to be weak or thin (Ecclesiastes 5:10, possibly Genesis 40:6, Daniel 1:10)
